Guess why Ranveer Singh complained about wifey Deepika Padukone on their family WhatsApp group

Star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are making the most of their time together at home during the coronavirus lockdown. The couple has been constantly sharing updates from their time of self-isolation and how they are spending their quarantine break. Right from rearranging her wardrobe, cooking some interesting delicious meals to labelling food items in her kitchen to even labelling Ranveer as ‘husband’ while he was asleep, Deepika is every bit entertaining with her ‘productivity in the time of COVID-19’ posts on social media.

However, there is one habit that really annoys Ranveer of his lovely wife Deepika.

Recently, the actor suffered a minor injury while doing some household work but still continued with her work instead of resting. Deepika opened up about it in an interview with Anupama Chopra and revealed what hubby Ranveer thinks of it. She said, “My mother always says it, Ranveer keeps saying it, ‘Can you sit in one place? Can you not have to do something all the time?’ And I don’t know. I am always up to something, my mind is always occupied. He calls it ‘phat-phat’ and then he complains on the family group.”

Deepika further continued, “I sprained my back two days ago when I was ‘cleaning’. And then I was bored. So he made sure before he went down to the gym, he said ‘You’re not moving from here you’ve sprained your back’. And he made a surprise visit in 20 minutes and I was not in my bed I was up on a shelf, trying to clean something and he got really wild. ‘Can you not do this phat phat all the time? Can you sit in one place you have injured your back’.”

Isn’t Ranveer the ideal millennial husband?

The couple recently showed their support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 9PM 9Minutes initiative and shared pictures on social media. The two also made a donation to the PM Cares Coronavirus Relief Fund to help India’s fight against the deadly virus.
